ADHD Support Group
"ADHD Kentucky Connections"
Understanding the unique challenges that come with navigating life as an adult with ADHD, I’m excited to invite you to join our supportive community in person the first Wednesday of every month at 1390 Olivia Lane, Lexington, KY and online the third Wednesday of every month.
The purpose of this Adult ADHD Support Group is to provide a safe and understanding space for individuals who share similar experiences to come together, share insights, and offer each other support. Whether you’re seeking advice, encouragement, or simply want to connect with others who understand, our group is here for you.
Come join us for an evening of open conversation, shared stories, and a supportive atmosphere. Feel free to bring any questions or topics you’d like to discuss. Together, we can navigate the challenges and celebrate the successes that come with ADHD.
This support group is brought to you by CHADD(Children and Adults with ADHD), Making It Work with ADHD and EmpowerM3 coaching
