Fact #1
- The most unusual job I have done was when I worked as a Newspaper Reader for a marketing firm called Voicetrak in Tucson, Arizona. My duties included visually scanning newspapers as fast as I could from markets across the United States searching for specific advertisements, tearing them out and filing them for processing. Talk about having a fully engaged sensory system…newspaper smell perfuming the room, ink-stained fingers, the noise of papers shuffling at split seconds, and eyes focused towards finding the next ad. I worked there for over a year.
