If it seems a little quieter here, it is not because I stopped writing. Quite the opposite.
Much of my writing energy this year has gone into something much bigger: my first book, Living in the Wild: Embracing Your Stripes with ADHD.
This book grew from years of coaching conversations, ADHD education, lived experience, and the patterns I kept seeing in people trying so hard to understand themselves through a lens that often began with what was wrong.
Living in the Wild offers a different lens. One rooted in curiosity, awareness, brain science, self-trust, and learning how to work with the brain you have.
I cannot wait to share it with you.
Publishing October 1, 2026.
Until then, the articles may be a little quieter because I have been busy writing the next chapter.
