ADHD Life Coach & Mental Fitness Coach

Your Brain Is Not
the Problem.
Let's Prove It.

You are highly capable, deeply thoughtful, and carrying more than most people can see. The challenge is not intelligence or motivation — it is learning how to work with a brain that processes attention, emotion, and motivation differently.

"The life you have been trying to reach may already be within you, waiting for the right support, understanding, and conditions to come forward."

How We Get There

Real Change Takes More Than Good Intentions

It takes time, support, and a space where you can understand how your brain actually works. That is why most coaching engagements are designed as a six-month partnership.

Six months allows us to slow down, observe patterns, experiment with strategies, and build new ways of thinking and responding that can actually last.

"Many clients describe this as having a coach champion in their pocket. When something shows up in real life, you do not have to wait until the next session to think it through."

The goal is not to teach you to follow someone else's formula. The goal is to help you design your way of thriving.

Strengthen the Mental Fitness That Helps Your ADHD Brain Access Calm, Clarity, and Intentional Action

"When your brain learns to pause, everything changes."

Through ADHD-informed coaching, you'll learn how to recognize protective patterns, interrupt automatic reactions, regulate your nervous system, and choose your next step with greater intention.

Cindy helps clients strengthen the awareness and mental fitness skills that support a pause under pressure, greater clarity during overwhelm, and a more intentional next step.

  • Less overwhelm and internal pressure
  • Greater clarity when decisions feel difficult
  • More consistent follow-through
  • Stronger emotional regulation
  • Increased self-trust and direction
  • Practical tools you can use in real time

This is not about fixing your brain. It is about understanding how your brain works and strengthening your ability to respond intentionally when life becomes demanding.

A complementary coaching resource for clients who want practical tools they can use beyond our sessions.

Cindy North

ADHD Life Coach • Mental Fitness Coach

Cindy helps clients recognize patterns, create space between reaction and response, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Through her Catch, Pause, Shift, and Step framework, she helps clients build the mental fitness skills that support awareness, regulation, and intentional action.

When overwhelm, avoidance, self-doubt, or reactivity appear, clients learn how to recognize those patterns sooner, interrupt automatic responses, and choose their next step with greater confidence.

This work combines ADHD-informed coaching, executive function science, nervous system awareness, and practical tools designed for real-world life.

  • Feeling less driven by internal pressure and self-criticism
  • Greater calm when stress or overwhelm appears
  • More confident decision-making
  • Stronger self-trust and direction

My Dirt Road Journey

Why I Do This Work

My name is Cindy North, and I am a late-diagnosed ADHD mother of two dynamic children, both navigating their own ADHD journeys. I am where I am today because of them. Their needs were beyond a hug, discipline, structure, or praise. So I sought professional help — and ultimately found a trained ADHD Life Coach. That experience changed my life. And here I am.

Growing up as a military brat, moving nine times through five states, I learned early how to adapt, rebuild, and find resilience in change. Life has offered me smooth paths and rocky roads — wealth and disparity, triumph and struggle. Those experiences shaped me into the wife, mother, caretaker, and coach I am today. My family and I live on a small hobby farm in Versailles, Kentucky, with horses, goats, a pig, chickens, dogs, cats, and fish.

"I am on a journey to slay stigmas surrounding brain differences. The ADHD brain is not working wrong — simply differently. And I believe everyone is worthy of stepping forward out of stuck."

As your coach, I am here to partner with you to discover your strengths, navigate challenges, and move forward in meaningful and effective ways. Together, we will uncover the hidden gems on your dirt road journey and turn them into tools for growth. Let's smooth the path ahead — your journey matters.
