How often do you feel stuck? Is your mind racing with thoughts no one around you would get? Is your body in motion all the time?
Do you lose your motivation if you’re not interested in the task at hand? Have you been called lazy, stupid, or hyper? Do you have a sign on your back that says “trouble”? Do you forget where you put essential items like your keys or your homework? Is what you need left somewhere else? Are you the one rushing into school or work frazzled and appearing chaotic?
ADHD or not, are you living your best life with true happiness? Coaching helps you find your way to ease and flow.
My name is Cynthia North, though most people know me as Cindy. I am a PCC Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation, a Certified ADHD Life Coach, and a Certified Positive Intelligence® Coach specializing in ADHD and mental fitness. I am also an author and professional speaker, sharing insights on how differently wired brains can thrive with the right understanding, support, and tools.
I partner with individuals across the lifespan who want to understand how their brain influences daily life, decisions, and outcomes. My work supports people with ADHD and those who feel stuck in self-doubt to move toward clarity, capability, and self-trust. Grounded in neuroscience, executive function awareness, and mental fitness, my coaching helps clients build sustainable ways of working with their brain rather than against it.
Alongside individual coaching, I facilitate group experiences for men and women who value connection, shared learning, and practical tools in a confidential and supportive space. I also coach couples moving toward marriage who want to build a strong foundation rooted in self-awareness, communication, and emotional safety. These group and relational spaces are designed to support growth through perspective, empathy, and intentional forward movement.
At the heart of my work is a deep belief that every person is worthy of forward movement. With or without ADHD, growth begins when we create safety, perspective, and permission to step out of stuck and into what is possible.
ADHD Uplifted for Men paves a new path forward with actionable steps to be the man you want to be with your ADHD wiring. By the end of this program, you will have ADHD strategies that fit your needs so you can check off your to-dos and sleep easier at night. You will gain a sense of self-control that intercepts your emotions so you can respond knowingly and don’t have to apologize later or stuff them as if you don’t feel them. You will have a new voice in your head that lifts you higher than you ever believed possible. Owning your brand of ADHD will let you complete your workday, so you have energy left to pour into your personal life. You will be in the driver’s seat driving your life!
A six-session group coaching experience for ADHD women, co-created to explore woman-centered ADHD topics including hormones, identity, and societal expectations. Sessions emphasize practical takeaways, neuroscience-informed learning, and the power of shared insight.

Understanding the unique challenges that come with navigating life as an adult with ADHD can be especially hard these days. I’m excited to invite you to join a supportive Kentucky CHADD Adult Peer Community by Zoom hosted on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 PM EST. (1 Hour)
